PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight thermoplastic olefin elastomer composition showing an excellent resistance to wear and a sufficiently high flame retardance, which is useful as a protection tube of a wire harness for automobiles or a sheet material. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic olefin elastomer composition contains from 30 to 99 pts.wt. at least one thermoplastic olefin elastomer, from 1 to 59 pts.wt. ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber and from 1 to 59 pts.wt. rigid polyolefin resin (provided that the total is 100 pts.wt.), and, if desired, further contains at least 2 pts.wt. bromine flame retardant (calculated as the weight of bromine element), at least 1 pts.wt. antimony trioxide and at least 0.2 wt.% lubricant against 100 pts.wt. total of the thermoplastic olefin elastomer and the ethylene/ propylene copolymer rubber.
