PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength in a folding portion and a vertical direction. SOLUTION: This corrugated fiberboard box is composed of a bottom surface portion 2 having long longitudinal sides X and short transverse sides Y, long side surface portions 3 which are continuously provided on both longitudinal sides X of the bottom surface portion 2 respectively, and have the longitudinal sides X and hightwise sides H of a predetermined height, short side surface portions 4 which are continuously provided on both transverse sides Y of the bottom surface portion 2 respectively, and have the transverse sides Y and hightwise sides H of a predetermined height, and a cover surface portion 5 which is continuously provided on either side of the long side surface portions 3 so as to open and close it, and the height direction of the hightwise side H of the long side surface portion 3 and the direction of a ridge L of a corrugated paper W are made into the same direction.
