PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer solids securely by preventing solids from coming out of a product container and without giving a big damage to solids sticking to and remaining on a retainer when solids are to be transferred from the retainer to the product container. SOLUTION: A device for transferring solids is composed of a transferring container supply part which covers an opening part of a retainer filled with solids by a transferring container faced downward, a retainer reversing part which reverses a retainer covered by a transferring container as being covered by the transferring container, and a stopping part which lowers vertically and stops a loading part equipped with retainers at an upper part and loaded with transferring containers.
