PURPOSE: An electroacoustic transducer is provided to save the number of entire structure and production process by assembling an electroacoustic transducing structure in a case with which a grille function is unified. CONSTITUTION: A voice coil(20) with a ring shape is located at a spatial portion(22) defined by the separation allocation of a yoke wall portion(12a) of a yoke member(12), a magnet(14), and a plate(16) in a lower surface of a vibration plate(18). A contact point holder member(24) is installed at a central asperity portion defined by the yoke wall portion(12a) of the yoke member(12) for being electrically contacted on a main PCB of a cellular phone. An elastic contact point(26) is installed in a lower surface of the contact point holder member(24) to be electrically connected to both sides of the voice coil(20) and be contacted on the main PCB of the cellular phone. An end jaw(104) is formed at an inner surface with which a side portion(100a) and an upper portion(100b) of a case(100) are adjoined.
