PURPOSE: A sewage discharge monitoring system is provided to continuously check an operation state of sewage discharge equipments, to measure a discharge volume of a pollutant or a water quality, to analyze the measured data, and to collect samples for taking an administrative action, making an order of enhancing equipments or inducing a voluntary participation in reducing a sewage discharge. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a province environment division system(10), a city or county environment division system(20) and a monitor box(30). The province environment division system(10) includes a modem(11), a central computer(12) and a related computer(13). The city or county environment division system(20) includes a modem(21), a wireless data transceiver(22), a management computer(25), a printer(23) and a data collection and storage(24). The modem(21) is connected to the province environment division system(10) via a leased line(15). The monitor box(30), installed at a sewage discharge equipment(33), includes a field data transceiver(31), various monitoring devices(32) such as a PH, an SS, an automatic sample collector, or a flow meter. The field data transceiver(31) continuously communicates with a portable data collector installed at an automobile or the wireless data transceiver(22) of the city or county environment division system(20). |
