PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To device 2 which administers a composition to a somatic canal 14 of man or animal and is provided with a means for enabling to enter an interior surface of a canal to prepare a blind opening toward a thickness direction of the canal wall and a means for dispensing the composite to be arranged to contact with the opening. SOLUTION: A composite can be administered to a canal surface of an artery, or the like, within a short period of time.
