PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling needle assembler that can be used for a longer indwelling needle or handled by a medical worker whose hands are smaller, since an inner needle can easily be housed in a needle guard even by a single hand with less time and with less shock that occurs when the inner needle is encased. SOLUTION: An indwelling needle assembler equipped with an external needle 2 to be punctured in a tissue of a living body and indwelled therein, an external needle hub 3 for the external needle 2 attached to a tip, an internal needle 4 that can be inserted in an inner cavity of the external needle 2 whose tip has a sharp blade 41, an internal needle hub 5 for the internal needle 4 attached to the tip, a needle guard 6 of a multiple structure composed of a plurality of cylindrical bodies that can house the internal needle 4 and the internal needle hub 5 therein, whereas the first elastic body 71 is provided with the needle guard 6 so that the cylindrical bodies can be sequentially drawn out and the second elastic body 72 is capable of deflecting the internal needle hub 5 toward the basic edge of the needle guard 6 by means of incorporating with the internal needle hub 5 and a means 8 for retaining the internal needle hub 5 and the needle guard 6 in resistance to an offsetting force of the above elastic bodies 71 and 72. |
