PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning waterproof sheet for an adhesion method which can reduce an adhesion work steps and cushion a shock without applying joint treatment to a joint part and has good adhesion to a body. SOLUTION: In the cushioning waterproof sheet A in which a foamed crosslinked layer 2 is laminated on the back of a waterproof layer 1, unevenness 3 is molded on the back of the crosslinked layer, a fabric or a nonwoven fabric 4 is laminated on the back of the crosslinked layer, or the nonwoven fabric 4 is laminated on the back of the crosslinked layer, and the unevenness 3 is molded on the surface.
