PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator which can extend keratin fibers beautifully and can lengthen and curl the fiber. SOLUTION: The applicator 1 to apply a product to keratin fibers is equipped with rows of bristles, where the product is mounted on a supporting body which is not twisted. The applicator 1 is formed by a first group 2 of bristles, made by a few rows of bristles placed on a first sheet P, and a second group 3 of bristles, placed on a second sheet S. When looking at the applicator by sectioning a long shaft, the rows of bristles are made in a manner that the bristles on the first sheet and those on the second sheet are crossed.
