PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check effect of static electricity as caused by separation or peeling of game balls after contacting a member forming a ball path of the playing board. SOLUTION: A decoration base 8 made of an electroconductive synthetic resin, a buffer member 10, a decorative sheet 11, a set plate 13, a role object 14, a lock mechanism 3 for one side part of a playing board made of a metal, a lock mechanism 4 for the other side part of the playing board, playing board keeper receptacles 6 and 7, an outer band 9 and game nails 12 are connected together with fastening screws 15 to 20 and static electricity generated by the peeling or separation of balls as metal balls after parts mounted on the front and on the rear of the playing board 5 is moved to the side of a rear plate 2 made of a metal while being discharged gradually into the atmospheric air from the rear plate 2. When the quantity of electricity charged by the rear plate 2 exceeds a specified value, the static electricity is escaped to an island side power source 23 via varistors 21B and 21C built into a power source unit 21 and a power source plug 2 from the rear plate 2.
