PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform test water discharge for inspecting the function including the pressure regulating function of an automatic valve. SOLUTION: An inspection control part 3 allows a test water discharge valve 38 to communicate with a drain from the secondary side of the automatic valve 10 at inspection time, and switches the valve to a position for flowing fire extinguishing water. Next, a control valve 44 for inspection is opened, control pressure is supplied to a gate control mechanism 40 of a test gate valve 11, to close the valve. Then, a pilot valve 30 is opened, and an adjustment of secondary pressure of the automatic valve 10 is started by a pressure regulating valve 12. The pressure regulating function of the automatic valve 10 is confirmed from a detecting valve of a pressure sensor 46 at this test water discharge.
