PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bowl for washing rice or the like possible for drainage/ fixation. SOLUTION: On a bowl, an inner ring 4/an outer ring 5 are provided under a base 2 of the body 1. An opening/closing body 10 is provided inside and a diagonal side-hole 8 is also provided beneath, both of the outer ring. A projection 17 possible for shuffling is provided at the above diagonal side-hole, by provision of the switch. Then, a packing is provided on a projection part 13 and a chipped part 15 is also provided in the circumference, of the switch. An elastic board 21 is provided under a short cylinder 28, which is harmoniously provided with the switch. On a short cylinder 22 provided at the top of the board, a diagonal information ditch 25 is provided, and a projection 29 which shuffles into the cylinder 28 is provided along the ditch. The ring is moved into the packing to cause drainage or stagnation, by circulation of the bowl body. Therefore, the projection is moved along the ditch to make it possible for ascending/descending around the board and fixation by a suction cup works.
