<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating and recovering all of treated materials to harmless ashes and heavy metals for the purpose of resource recovery. SOLUTION: This method has a slurrying process step of preparing the slurry- like flying ashes, or the like, at a solid-liquid ratio at which the captured flying ashes, or the like, are made into a slurry state by adding water thereto, a regulating process step of regulating the pH value of the slurry-like flying ash, or the like, to an optimum pH value at which the heavy metals contained therein can be well separated and recovered by electrolytic treatment, a separating and recovering process step of separating and recovering the heavy metals from the slurry-like flying ash, or the like, regulated to the optimum pH value by electrolytic treatment, a dewatering process step of dewatering the slurry-like flying ash, or the like, after the heavy metals contained therein are separated and recovered to a cake form and using the same as resource materials, and a molding process step after the same.</p> |
