PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game information managing system and an information recording medium treating device wherein even if a treating device in a game system is stolen, the original information used for certification treating cannot be analyzed so that an information recording medium cannot be forged or altered. SOLUTION: In the game information managing system or information recording medium treating device, an information recording medium treating device, which stores, in an information storage means, information required for certifying an information recording medium for use in putting out of a game moving body and treats information for the information recording medium, is connected to an information managing device, which stores the information required for certifying the information recording medium in an information storage means to manage the information recording medium, through a repeater, so that information communication can be effected between the information recording medium treating device and the information managing device. At least the information storage means of the information recording medium treating device out of the information storage means of the information recording medium treating device and the information managing device is formed from a volatile storage means wherein the stored information required for certification treatment is erased when the power is cut off. |
