PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a shorts style disposable diaper, which can be rolled up to prevent leakage pf excrement as well as bad smell from the openings for the waist and legs and saves the trouble of tasks to roll it up and fix a tape in position. SOLUTION: The fixing tapes 10, which can roll up a diaper 1A, are positioned and extended vertically to both sides 5b of a back waist region 22 and their bottom parts 10b are fixed to the diaper 1A through joined parts 11, which extend to the waist from the openings 7 for the legs going nearby the parts 7a and incline from both sides 5b of the back waist region 22 to the top part 10a of the tape 10 in the direction of an inward waist.
