PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of a damage on a circumferential surface of a drum when closely holding a sheet-like member on the circumferential surface of the drum, to surely hold an end part of the sheet-like member, and to prevent deterioration of image quality by preventing floating of the sheet-like member from the circumferential surface of the drum. SOLUTION: Since a rubber plate 164 of a clamp part 160 and a printing plate 12 come into face contact with each other, a holding power of the printing plate 12 becomes stronger. The clamp part 160 also presses the printing plate 12 in D direction by a centrifugal force acting on a plate main body 150M, and at the same time, by a centrifugal force acting on a sub plate 150S the clamp part 160 moves in C direction or in a direction to strain the printing plate 12, which makes the printing plate 12 closely contact the circumferential surface of the drum. Furthermore, since the clamp part 160 is arranged at one end part of a plate 150 in a width direction of the plate 150, a biting width of the printing plate is shortened, and as a result, an image recordable area is extended.
