PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid activator by ring magnets which can improve the uniformity of fluid treatment and can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The fluid activator is constituted by axially fitting the plural ring magnets (11) apart spaced intervals from each other onto a pipe (10) connectable to pipelines (1 and 2) by means of a socket joint (8).
