PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part assembling device for simplifying a mechanism by omitting complicated mechanism and control, reducing a cost of the device, and highly accurately positioning a part. SOLUTION: A positioning block is placed, positioned and fixed on a first work placing means 3 for adjusting a position of a first image detecting means 11 and a second image detecting means 12, the first image detecting means 11 and the second image detecting means 12 are positioned and fixed, a first work W1 is placed, positioned and fixed on the first work placing means 3, a second work W2 is placed and fixed on a second work placing means 4, and is adjusted by a first adjusting means 5, a second adjusting means 6, a third adjusting means 7, a fourth adjusting means 8 and a fifth adjusting means 9, position detecting information is read by the first image detecting means 11 and the second image detecting means 12, and the first work W1 and the second work W2 are assembled.
