PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic fluorescent dyeing image display system capable of eliminating unnatural feeling in the observation of a fluorescent dyeing image by an examiner. SOLUTION: In the ophthalmic fluorescent dyeing image display system having an illumination optical system provided with an exciting filter 80 transmitting exciting illumination light exciting in an illumination optical path, an observation image pickup system provided with an absorption filter 61 transmitting the optical area of a specific wavelength of exciting reflected light as fluorescence at an observation image pickup optical path for observing and picking up the image of the exciting reflected light from a testee eye illuminated by the illumination optical system, a color television camera 20 for picking up the image of the testee eye including fluorescence passing through this filter 61, an eye piece 9a for observing the image including fluorescence passing through the filter 61 and an image processor 91 for image-processing a color image signal outputted from the camera 20 and image-outputting the fluorescent dyeing image of the testee eye with a background image, the processor 91 is provided with a fluorescent dyeing image processing function image-outputting the background image based on a blue signal obtained by adjusting density distribution properly and the fluorescent dyeing image based on a green signal to a monitor 92. |
