PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus for multi-folded pastry-wrapped foods capable of accurately folding a Chinese pastry sheet. SOLUTION: This apparatus installs a Chinese pastry sheet folding unit U comprising a plurality of trays 51 to 56 arranged to form squares by combining opposed sides of 51 to 56 to confront each other and composing each tray 51 to 56 as reciprocally reversible, a controller for folding position to control folding position of the Chinese pastry sheet by advancing and retreating close to an end of an axis of rotation G in reciprocal reversing of the each tray 51 to 56, and a square shaped Chinese pastry sheet 1 is multi-folded to stuff ingredients by setting each tray 51 to 56 to reciprocally reverse from the first tray 51 to the next tray in a sequential order and advancing and retreating the folding position in reversing of the each tray 51 to 56. |
