<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and high-precision automatic polishing device for a prosthetic object and its polishing method having high productivity without requiring a skill, preventing the dust generated at polishing from affecting the health of an engineer or the like, excluding the possibility or the like that the engineer is hurt during work when holding the prosthetic object with a hand. SOLUTION: This prosthetic object polishing device is provided with a support body 2 slid and fixed via poles 1, a cylindrical polishing central section 5 fixed to the lower section of the support body, a required number of jig fitting bodies 6 provided on the outer periphery of the polishing central section, and rotatable tip sections 7 provided at the outer ends of the jig fitting bodies to fix a polished body.
