PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin bonded grinding wheel having sharp cutting performance and long life. SOLUTION: Amorphous carbons 5 and fiber carbons 6 are dispersed as fillers in a resin bond phase 3. The mixing ratio of the amorphous carbons 6 to the fiber carbons is 0.8-1.2. The percentage content of both fillers of the amorphous carbons 5 an the fiber carbons 6 is 25-45 vol.% in the resin bond phase 3 excluding super-abrasives 4.
