PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal machine which is capable of subjecting even the garbage in which cooked rice, noodles, and the like, are contained in large amounts to drying treatment without dumpling. SOLUTION: The time for stopping agitation is set by the kinds of the garbage to be fed and the garbage is heated to dry by repeating agitation and the stoppage of the agitation. Even the garbage in which the cooked rice, and the like, are contained in the large amounts is dried at the surface and is weakened in viscosity by prolonging the time for stopping the agitation, by which the garbage is dried without dumpling in spite of the agitation.
