SOLUTION: A swimming training board 101 has a recessed part 151 having almost the same size and depth as a waterproof clock device 102 on an almost central surface, a recessed part 152 having almost the same size as a switch 103 and a through hole 153 for connecting the recessed part 151 and the recessed part 152. The waterproof clock device 102 is installed in the recessed part 151, and the switch 103 is installed in the recessed part 152. A cord 104 connects the waterproof clock device 102 and the switch 103 via the through hole 153, A seal material 105 covers a surface for installing the waterproof clock device 102 on the swimming training board 101, and fixes the swimming training board 101 and the waterproof clock device 102. A sealing member 112 and a sealing member 113 have a structure for almost closely containing a clock device 111 by combining the two sealing members, and the sealing member 113 has the through hole 153 for inserting the cord 104 for connecting the clock device 111 and the switch 103.
