PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure accumulating fire extinguisher, (1) causing no leakage of fire extinguishing chemicals of a siphon from a valve, that is, causing no liquid leakage of the fire extinguisher even if airtightness of the valve cannot be maintained by making accumulating pressure in a vessel go out to between a liquid level upper part of the siphon and the valve from the periphery of the siphon when the airtightness of the valve cannot be retained, and (2) allowing sure pressure leakage inspection on the whole product, that is, allowing an accurate pressure leakage inspection on the whole product without causing sticking of liquid from the siphon to the valve in the pressure leakage inspection of the valve. SOLUTION: The vessel 1, a valve case 2 and the siphon 3 are provided, and when the airtightness of the valve of the valve case 2 cannot be maintained, the accumulating pressure in the vessel 1 goes out to between the liquid level upper part in the siphon 3 and the valve from the periphery of the siphon 3.
