PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for controlling the rise and fall of the implement of a working vehicle, capable of simply changing rise and fall speed of the implement in real time and improving workability and operability only by adjusting sensitivity of laser beam. SOLUTION: A display panel 25 set in a driver's seat 18 of a traveling vehicle is provided with an adjustment part 39 for adjusting a received photosensitivity of laser beam. On the other hand, a control part 22 for controlling the rise and fall of a rear implement 4 is equipped with a rise and fall speed control means for controlling increase and decrease of the rise and fall speed based on a minor or major change operation of a sensitivity adjustment signal by the adjustment part 39.
