PURPOSE: An idea incubation method is provided to collect a plurality of business ideas, and to induce a plurality of manufacturers or investors to participate in commercializing the ideas for making much profit. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of bulletining an advertisement or a guide for collecting goods companies or manufacturers on a web service site, also bulletining an advertisement or a guide for collecting company or person investors over the web service site, enabling users to present business ideas and to input detailed data on the ideas at a database, checking and analyzing the business ideas, enabling an operator to introduce the ideas to the corresponding goods manufacturers, companies or investors, or enabling the idea offerer to select one among the goods manufacturers, companies and investors listed over the web site service, and then enabling the operator to make the selected manufacturer, company or investor in touch with the idea offerer. If the offered idea is not registered in a public intellectual property management organization, i.e. the Korea Intellectual Property Office, the idea is not open except the operator.
