PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-like heat-proof implement which is helpful for assisting the adjustment of the body temperature during field services in the summer or a hot season and under elevated temperature and for eliminating the discomfort by the heat, is hygienic and is disposable after use by using materials, etc., allowing the inexpensive fabrication of the implement itself. SOLUTION: This implement includes a mounting implement 2 which has a bag 5 in approximately the longitudinal central segment of a nonwoven fabric fabricated to a belt form and a cold insulation pack 3 which is freely removably housed in the bag 5.
