PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit being set under such a state as a tube is not twisted, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The pump unit comprises a pump frame 42, a tube 15, and a pump wheel 43. A first mark 21 is put on the surface of the tube 15 and second marks 22 indicative of the end parts are put on the opposite end parts. The tube 15 is set along the curved face on the inner circumferential side of the pump frame 42 with a line formed on the surface of the tube 15 being directed toward the opening side of the pump frame 42 and the tube 15 is closed by the pump wheel 43. When the pump wheel 43 rotates, it does not touch the tube 15 and thereby the tube 15 is not susceptible to wear, deformation or damage. Consequently, durability of the pump unit can be enhanced. |
