PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device and an image recording device, permitting simple and quick laminating work and improved in productivity. SOLUTION: The representative structure of the laminating device and the image recording device is provided with a resin superposing means for superposing a resin film on a sheet, on which an image is recorded, a fixing means for fixing the sheet and the resin film by pressurizing or heating, and a drying means arranged at the upstream side of the resin superposing means in the transferring direction of the sheet to dry the sheet by heating while a partitioning wall is provided between a sheet transferring route at the downstream side of the drying means in the transferring direction of the sheet and the resin superposing means.
