PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold 11 for injection molding for not bringing about a weld at a gasket for a secondary cell of a molding and hence not bringing about a crack at the gasket at its caulking step time. SOLUTION: The mold 11 for injection molding the gasket for the secondary cell to be caulked and fixed to an electrode can of the cell comprises a gate 18 of a disc structure for not bringing about the weld between a material reservoir 17 and a product cavity space 19 in the mold 11.
