PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of teaching work by enabling an operator to easily judge whether or not a present position of a robot exists on a teaching point. SOLUTION: This teaching device is provided with a setting means for setting position attitude information and passage information on the robot with every teaching point in a control part 100 with a typical point on an operation locus of the robot as the teaching point, displaying an operation state of the robot operating on the basis of the position attitude information and the passage information on a display device 120, and setting the passage information on the robot, a display part 130 for displaying the setting means on the display device 120, a selecting means for selecting desired passage information among the displayed setting means, and a discriminating means for discriminating whether or not the present position of the robot exists on the teaching point, and when the discriminating means discriminates that the robot exists on the teaching point, the control part 100 changes a display of the setting means displayed on the display part 130.
