PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent baking unevenness of a material to be cooked. SOLUTION: An exhaust passage 25 is disposed behind a grill case 21 through a diaphragm 24, and a communication opening 27 opened on the diaphragm 24 and communicating a grill case 21 with the exhaust passage 25 is installed below a grill net 22. A non-red heating all primary air burner 1 which forms a burner port 13 by laminating a plurality of corrugated plates 11 and flat plates 12 is installed on the top of right and left side walls 31 of the grill case 21. Combustion gas of the burner 1 once stays in the upper part of grill case 21 and gradually go down to evenly heat and cook a material F to be cooked.
