Ribs or channels (2) forming first tread pattern structures run at NOTGREATER 40 degrees to the circumference and cross transverse grooves (3,13) forming second pattern structures to create two or more base pitches (K1,K2;L1,L2) of similar type, but different circumferential length. Base pitches belonging to one type are coincident with regard to their pattern structures but are of slightly different design. <??>Preferred Features: Each base pitch (K1,K2;L1,L2) completely includes a channel or rib of the first pattern structures and divides second pattern structures (3,13) at the pitch boundaries. |
