<p>The implement consists of at least one gang (2) of spherical discs (3), angled so that the convex sides of the discs face in the direction of travel (F) and engaging with the soil with their lower edges, especially for covering seeds (4) previously placed on the soil surface, e.g. by a broadcast or in-line drill.
