PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a screw for a pedicle of thoracic vertebra, by which an intervertebral support element is easily fixed to the screw. SOLUTION: The core part 20 of a head part 2 which is fixed and connected to one end of a shaft part 10 is provided with a bottom groove 21 and the groove is directed in a horizontal direction with respect to the shaft part and also is moved in a translational motion in a shaft part direction and, then, the support element 3 is fixed. In this case, a part where a band 31 is fixed or a connection part 292 comprising the band is guided into the bottom groove 21 and fixed there.
