<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a clone of fish, being a diploid, having fertility. SOLUTION: This method for creating a clone of fish is characterized in that the method has a process for irradiating a nucleus recipient cell with X- rays, a process for transplanting the nucleus of a nucleus donor cell into the nucleus recipient cell and a process for producing the obtained nucleus transplanted cell and the nucleus donor cell is an embryo cell.</p> |
