<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device for a hyperthin metal plate capable of stretch holding a hyperthin metal plate simply and in a short time. SOLUTION: The holding device of the hyperthin metal plate is constituted of a fixing frame 30 fixed to an XY-stage 9 and a fitting frame 20 detachable from the fixing frame 30. The fixing frame 30 is provided with a stretching metal fitting 32 on one end of a fixing frame body 31, and the fitting frame 20 is movably provided with a movable member 22 which engages with the stretching metal fitting 32 on one end in the frame. And in advance on the other place, the hyperthin metal plate is fixed at one end to the movable member 22 of the fitting frame 20, and other end to the fitting frame body 21 opposing to the movable member 22. By fitting this to the fixing frame 30 in cutting work to rotate the stretching metal fitting 32, the movable member 22 is drawn and the hyperthin metal plate is stretch held.</p> |
