SOLUTION: A specific situation determining section 3a receives the information on a situation detected by a situation detection means 1, and determines that a vehicle is currently in a specific situation in which the vehicle is liable to have an accident. In this situation, the particular situation determining section 3a determines whether there is a need for outputting an alarm from an alarm necessity determining means 7 or not, according to each driving characteristic value based on a driver's degree of safety check accuracy, driving concentration, and operational aptitude, all of which are stored in a non-volatility memory 5. When the need is determined, the alarm is output from an alarm output means 9. |
