PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter causing no reduction in dust collecting efficiency even if long time operation is performed. SOLUTION: This cutter is characterized by having a boring machine 3 (a cutting machine), a cyclon device 25 for sucking dust including air from the boring machine 3 and separating dust from the dust including air by a cyclon system, a dust collector 26 for sucking the air separated from the dust by the cyclon device 25, and a carriage 2 mounted with the boring machine 3, the cyclon device 25 and the dust collector 26.
