PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom outside device controller that not only automatically presumes body conditions of a person who takes a bath, but also carries out an optimum setting based on the presumed body conditions against the outside-installed device outside a bathroom. SOLUTION: The outside device controller presumes a person's body conditions of a person who takes a bath in the following mechanism; a signal process measure 5 which performs a given signal process toward a cardiogram signal generation means 4 which generates and processes a cardiogram signal 10 from electrical signals 9 appearing on a plurality of electrocardiogram electrodes 3, arranged in a given position on the wall inside the bathroom and a processed cardiogram signal 12 after it is generated by a cardiogram signal- generation means 4 and a body-condition presumption means 8 which presumes person's body conditions of a person who takes a bath presume the body conditions. A bathroom outside device control measure 19 receives presumed information on the body condition 18 that is output by the above body condition presumption measure 8. Then it outputs a set value 20 to the outside device controller which is on a lifeline of the above person 1 who takes a bath and controls it.
