PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display case which prevent CD or the like from being stolen while it is displayed in the shelves at the store, and which allows CD or the like to be handed easily to the customers. SOLUTION: This display case 1 consists of a base part 2 and a locking part 3. The locking part 3 is engaged with engaging parts 11 formed at the edge of the side walls and is locked. Projections 17 of elastic pieces 16 which are installed at the side walls 13 are fit and locked to locking holes 12 which are formed at the engaging parts 11 and are locked. And dents 15 are formed at the surface of the side walls of the locking part 3.
