PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in a conventional whistle blowing tool for drive-in fishery, the object cannot be often attained by obstacles and nature of the soil on the bottom of the sea in the operation and a whistle cannot be blown under the sea. SOLUTION: A hollow cylinder 5 having blades 2 eccentrically arranged so as to be rotated by resistance of hydraulic power is rotatably supported on lattice-like frames 1a, 1b and 1c axially, a raking up vane is installed in the inside of the hollow cylinder and a metal ball is sealed. Or, a strike bar 7 is laid in a rocking manner so that the strike bar is brought into contact, with the blades of the hollow cylinder axially supported on the frames. A skid 9 is stuck to the bottoms of the frames and a broom-like material is fixed to both external parts of a shaft 4. The whistle blowing tool is rotated by hydraulic power by rope pulling. A whistle is blown regardless of situations on the bottom of the sea. A whistle can be blown even under the sea by adjusting the length of the rope and simultaneously the fixed broom-like material is rotated to give the objective whistle blowing tool for drive-in fishery, which drives fishes by both sound and visual aspect.
