PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold and its designing apparatus, a designing method or a manufacturing apparatus in which processed accuracy of a formed product three-dimensionally having a complicated shape is not influenced by accuracy of a mold and a specific characteristic of stock material. SOLUTION: After design of the formed product is completed (S1) and a product model 1 is then completed, design of a mold is carried out (S2) and a mold model 2 is completed. At this time, a formed state 3 (reduction of plate thickness and wrinkles) excluding an amount of spring-back and the amount 4 of spring-back are analyzed by means of form analyses (S11 and S12). Then, NC data 5 is prepared under the mold model 2 and the amount 4 of spring-back (S3). Formed error data 31 in which a processed error is analyzed from NC data 5 is prepared (S13), and NC data 32 having modified NC data 5 based on formed error data 31 is prepared accordingly (S14).
