PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood flooring which is comparatively cheap, excellent in caster resistance and free from a problem of remaining of an organic solvent and the like. SOLUTION: A base material plywood is provided by laminating a hard veneer of >=0.7 air-dried specific gravity on the highest surface. A plurality of hard wood-made blocks of which the fiber directions are made the same direction are arranged along the fiber direction to form laminated lumbers which are fixed to each other. The laminated lumber is sliced to form a laminated veneer of 0.15-1 mm and >=0.7 air-dried specific gravity. The laminated veneer is bonded mutually in a fiber direction crossing at right angles to the fiber direction of the hard veneer of the base material plywood. A face veneer of 0.15-0.5 mm thickness is bonded mutually in the fiber direction crossing at right angles to the fiber direction of the surface of the laminated veneer to constitute the wood flooring.
