摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing costs of used members by simplifying connecting structure so as not to necessitate to pre-arrange a position aligning portion determining a connecting position in a moving back and forth direction of pressed insertion in a crimped connecting method of two members by taking advantage of pressed insertion and crimping method. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral edge portion 11a of a shaft 1 is pressed and inserted through an end of an inner peripheral face of an internal cylindrical portion 23 while the outer peripheral edge portion of the shaft is pushed onto the internal cylindrical portion 23 of a hub 2. A ledge portion 24 in the inner peripheral face of the outer peripheral edge portion 11a at a forward direction of pressed insertion is formed by means of material flow of the internal cylindrical portion 23 that is pushed away in the outer peripheral edge portion 11a. Then, a crimping portion 25 in the inner peripheral face of the outer peripheral edge portion 11a at a backward direction of pressed insertion is formed. The outer peripheral edge portion 11a having touched the inner peripheral face of the internal cylindrical portion 23 is held between the ledge portion 24 and crimping portion 25 that are respectively formed in the inner peripheral face at a forward and backward direction of pressed insertion.
