PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grafting device capable of safely and easily performing operations of smoothly cutting stocks and scions to a required size and usable for everybody without skill or practise. SOLUTION: This grafting device 70 for cutting scions has a loading table 70 having a sliding surface 72a for slidably overlaying a scion 20 thereon, a manual slider 73 for pressing down the section 20 overlaid on the sliding table 72a to longitudinally make it slide and a fixed blade 90 declined in the opposite direction of the sliding direction of the scion 20 and set in a state of projecting a blade part 90a of the blade upward from the sliding surface 72a.
