PURPOSE: A consult service method is provided to offer a consult service on specialized field within a certain limit irrespective of a time or a consult theme if a user pays a flat amount fee so that it can reduce a consult cost. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of categorizing consult fields into larger classes, i.e. a law, a tax, a health, or immovable property, breaking down the larger classes into detailed consult fields with consultant names attached, enabling a user to access a web service site and to select one consult field with a corresponding consultant, displaying a video consult room, a chatting room or an e-mail room, indicating a current state of the consultant, enabling a user to select other consultant if the first selected consultant does not access the video consult or the chatting room and the user wants a real time video consult or chatting service, enabling a user to transmit documents or texts to the consultant over the e-mail room and to receive consult document from the consultant if the user wants an e-mail consult.
