SOLUTION: This emitting device comprises a volatile means 43 that volatilizes a volatile substance from a volatile material-containing substance 4 and a vapor generating means 5 that generates the vapor by heating water 2. The volatile substance is that the volatilized volatile substance A is mixed with the water vapor-containing air to be volatilized.
