PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when being outward opened around a rotation shaft disposed on the chain rail, a feed chain and a chain rail are brought into one or more other parts to break the other parts. SOLUTION: A rotation shaft 10 is disposed on a chain rail 8 for holding a feed chain 7, and the feed chain 7 and the chain rail 8 are disposed in a state capable of being freely opened or closed around the rotation shaft 10. A guide rod 11 for guiding the opening or closing of the chain rail 8 is disposed on the chain rail 8 in a posture approximately perpendicular to the rotation shaft 10, and a stopper 12 is disposed at the transfer terminal of the guide rod 11.
